Astrontech acts as a primary distributor for global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions for Dell servers, MSI graphics cards, and A-Tech CCTV cameras are accurate, all information is provided based on manufacturer data.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing and specifications
• Update product information based on manufacturer revisions
• Refuse or cancel orders if product information was materially inaccurate
• Modify prices before a sale is finalized and an electronic invoice is issued

5. Warranty Framework and Limitations

Standard Warranty Coverage

Astrontech provides hardware support through a combination of manufacturer warranties and localized technical assistance:

• Dell Products: 3-year official warranty covering parts, labor, and onsite support (specific models)
• General Products: 12-month "return to base" warranty unless otherwise specified
• Warranty coverage is strictly limited to manufacturing defects and breakdown under normal operating conditions

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty is invalidated by:

1. Misconduct or misuse of the equipment
2. Physical damage or component burning caused by power fluctuations or liquid contact
3. Unauthorized modification or repair by third parties
4. Fair wear and tear associated with prolonged use
5. Use of equipment outside manufacturer specifications

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Reporting Defects

Goods may be returned if they are defective, damaged, or do not match the order placed. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

Return Process

• For approved returns, products must be returned within one month of delivery
• Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• Prior authorization must be obtained via info@astron.com.pk or regional sales emails

Cancellation Rights

Users may cancel orders within seven days of delivery without penalty, provided:

• Goods have not been removed from original packaging
• Products are not "Hobby Kits" or customized equipment
• Customer assumes direct costs of returning goods (courier/shipping charges)
• Refunds are processed within thirty (30) days of cancellation

7. Shipping and Delivery

Astrontech facilitates delivery through various logistics partners. Our standard delivery terms include:

• Delivery within thirty (30) days of payment receipt (standard)
• Notification if delivery cannot be completed within this timeframe
• Option to proceed with order or receive full reimbursement within 30 days
• International shipments include custom brokerage and dangerous goods handling as required

All prices displayed on astron.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed and payment is received.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, online payments, and corporate purchase orders for verified business accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

Astrontech shall not be held liable for:

• Damages caused by reasonably anticipated use of products that met manufacturer specifications at sale
• Losses from service disruptions beyond our control (internet shutdowns, PTA blocking, power grid failures)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on astron.pk, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Astrontech (Pvt) Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws.

Users may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
• Extract data through automated means (scraping, bots)
• Reverse engineer any aspect of the website

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to:

Dispute Resolution Process

3. Jurisdiction: Courts in the city where the relevant Astrontech office is located shall have exclusive jurisdiction

• Prohibition of corrupt practices or bribery
